Bookings are opening for current clients. New clients, please check back 

Availability is mostly only during Tue-Fri before 3:30, 

and limited (but noisy/ busy) Tue-Thur 3:30-4.

Bookings are made for a specific date and time- they are not reoccurring


Indoor lessons are currently being offered using the Hood College pool; no membership required (pool fees are included in lesson fees already).  Lessons are available to book 1 month at a time to allow for us to know pool/ instructor availability and for families to know their schedules. There will be lessons offered next month (and the month after that).

* Please only book times you plan to attend- check your calendar before booking. When you cancel, it frequent means someone else isn't able learn to swim. Frequent cancelation will result in enforcement of cancelation fees.

* During the school year, if you have the ability to attend lessons M-F before 3:30, this is the quietest time at the pool!

* M-F after 3:30pm, Sat before 12:15pm, and Sun before 10am is very busy/ noisy in the pool. We highly recommend selecting other times. We list these times because its sometimes the only time that works for families so we will do the best we can.

* For FCPS students, days they have off or early release, additional lessons times are available and quiet. Have a different school schedule? Let us know and we will do the same for you!

* Hood College pool availability changes weekly/ monthly--- we do our best to offer consistent availability but are limited by pool availability. This especially is true of after school availability.

* When booking, you are selecting a specific date and time-- not a reoccurring time. For additional lessons, please select additional dates/ times.

* Almost immediately after booking, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive it, the booking did not go through.

Lessons are $45/30 min. Purchased 5 and 10 lesson packages save into your account and can be used in future months (lessons still must be booked and subject to availability; login to your account to book).

FAQ on scheduler

Q: I didn't receive an email confirming a booking (or cancelation/ reschedule). Did it go through?

A: No. No email confirming a booking, reschedule or cancelation means it did not go through.

Q: I have multiple family members to book lesson for. Do they each need their own account or package?

A: No, the same account and package credits can be shared by the family.

Q: Can I share a package or account with my almost family (or extended family), friends etc?

A: No, because only 1 email and phone can be listed, this creates problems if we need to notify you quickly (weather, pool closure, etc). 

Q: I needed to provide an email and phone to create a login. Will I get newsletters, other communications?

A: We will send minimum emails to communicate important things (cancelations, schedule changes, upcoming month of schedule added, etc). If its being sent, we believe its important enough to read. Emails/ text of confirmations of bookings, payments, cancelations, etc will be auto sent unless you turn off (I advise not). If you no longer wish to receive an email, simply let us know and we will not send you any.

Q: When does booking for the day close?

A: Lessons must be made 16 hours prior. This is so instructors don't miss a last moment booking. If a lesson less than 16 hours prior is desired, please email SerenitySwimming@gmail.com.

Q: How about payments?

A: At the end of booking, you can pay with a credit card. 

Q: What if I accidentally booked something I didn't want or other mistake?

A: You can cancel the lesson in the system. It is always encouraged to double check your confirmation emails that it is what you wanted.

Q: How far in advance can I book lessons?

A: If you want a specific time/day, the earlier the better! During Fall, Winter and Spring the schedule will open about 1 month at a time, about 2 weeks before the end of the month.

Q: What if weather causes a cancelation?

A: Feel free to book in an open spot. We might be able to add additional times too.

- Hood College lap lanes can be selected if ready for deep water/ lap lane.

-Other pools require community membership and are listed for convenience for those members

Either use previously purchased package OR purchase a new package

If purchasing a new package or using credits from a package, click those sections and toggle the recurring apts on if desired

Click on the day and use the drop down to select start time


*** If you proceed forward and the back out, and come back and the time you want is no longer available, please wait 15 min and try again. This is the same feature airline/ hotel sites use to prevent double booking. ***

Review selections carefully! Only book what you will attend. Once you receive the email confirmation, double check it.

Swimmer info is only needed 1st time (or none if current/ recent swimmer) so feel free to ignore. 


You will have a email confirming the booking. If you do not have an email almost immediately, it probably did not go through. Your booking page will show all lessons scheduled. Please review it to verify it is as expected.
